Ahmet has extensive experience in international arbitration proceedings before ICC, SIAC, DIAC, LCIA, ISTAC, and ITOTAM. He has represented clients in high-value disputes across the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, and Europe, particularly in the construction sector, covering projects such as hospitals, bridges, highways, airports, ports, subways, substations, skyscrapers, and power plants. He also has experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, dispute adjudication boards, and amicable settlements.

In addition to arbitration, Ahmet regularly handles litigation and enforcement proceedings in Türkiye, including the recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards. He also advises on the drafting and negotiation of engineering, supply, and construction contracts, especially FIDIC-based agreements, and manages contract and claim processes for major international projects. His practice further includes corporate and commercial law, insurance disputes, and citizenship and residency matters.

Ahmet earned his LL.M. in Private Law from Koç University and his LL.B. from Galatasaray University, the most prestigious law faculty in Türkiye, where he ranked first nationwide among millions of candidates in Türkiye’s university entrance exams. He is fluent in Turkish, English, and French.
