Berke advises local and international clients on corporate governance, compliance, and daily operations across a wide range of industries, including tourism, fuel distribution, hotel management, shopping center investment, real estate, and advertising. He has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, company establishments requiring complex articles of association, share purchase agreements, and shareholder agreements. His practice also covers litigation and arbitration in insurance law, labor disputes, construction law, and data protection compliance.

Berke earned both his LL.B. and his LL.M. in Private Law from Galatasaray University, the most prestigious law faculty in Türkiye. In addition to his legal work, he has a background in sports as a former player of the Turkish National Baseball Team. He is fluent in Turkish, English, and French.
