Throughout his career, Jason H has advised on cross-border construction projects, commercial transactions, investment structuring, corporate establishment, real estate developments, and energy-sector engagements. His practice extends to dispute resolution, international arbitration, litigation management, contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, and debt recovery across multiple jurisdictions.

Recognized as the first Korean lawyer to expand legal operations into the Middle East and Africa, he previously established the Middle East & Africa Legal Team at LG Electronics and later opened the Dubai office of one of Korea’s leading law firms.
